It Takes an Army!
Annually over 30,000 dedicated Kansans share their time to provide athletes with the best sports, health, and life changing opportunities possible. Special Olympics Kansas encourages the involvement of new volunteers who can share their talents in a variety of areas. Click here to view all the possible volunteer roles. Below are the two most popular ways to volunteer:
- Local Program Volunteer– Work with directly with athletes in training for competitions with local area teams. Longer time commitment, more interaction with athletes, background check required.
