Day 1 – Friday, November 13

Day 2 – Saturday, November 14

Get your blood and endorphins flowing with this great way to start your day. This workout is appropriate for all fitness levels and will help set your focus and intentions for the day. No equipment needed. All you need is about a 4 square feet of space to move freely. Please wear workout shoes. A yoga mat would be helpful, but not necessary.

Resilience (Self-Care) Session

In this session, we will present on the 2021 sports schedule, discuss the on-going impact of COVID, coaching education and the impact of the strategic plan on sports.
